1. Introduction

By using the Over the Rainbow Lisboa webshop (hereinafter: the Webshop), and placing an order through the platform, the customer (hereinafter: Customer) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). These T&Cs apply to all transactions made through the Webshop. The operator, Dezső Nagy, reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time.

2. Scope of Service

The Webshop, operated by Dezső Nagy, offers various products for sale. Each product is described in detail, including price, specifications, and features. By using the Webshop, the Customer can browse and purchase available products online.

3. Purchase Process

Orders can be placed through the Webshop by following these steps:

  • The Customer selects the desired product(s) and adds them to the shopping cart. You can browse the products using the search function or by navigating through the categories in the menu. On each product page, you can view the key features of the products (material, color, technical details, sizing, available sizes) and the product images. The product images are illustrations, and the colors may slightly differ on screen and in reality.
  • During the checkout process, the Customer provides the necessary information (shipping address, billing address, email, etc.).
  • The Customer selects the preferred payment and shipping methods and places the order.
  • You will receive an automatic notification email confirming the receipt of your order, which will include all the important details of your order. From a legal standpoint, this does not yet constitute our acceptance of your offer, nor does it mean a contract has been established between you and us. If this notification email does not arrive within 24 hours, or you notice that the email contains incorrect information (misspelled name, incorrect address, wrong product), please contact our customer service immediately. If we are able to fulfill your order, we will confirm it via email, and from a legal perspective, this email constitutes the establishment of a contract between you and us.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices displayed in the Webshop are in euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Payments are processed through the online payment systems provided in the Webshop. The Operator reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price of that order will remain unchanged.

5. Shipping and Delivery Terms

The Operator will deliver the ordered products to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the Customer’s location. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written withdrawal notice to overtherainbow.lx@gmail.com. The returned product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the Customer. Upon successful return, The Operator, will refund the product price, but is not obliged to refund shipping costs.

7. Warranty and Complaint Handling

The products sold on the Webshop are subject to statutory warranty rights. If the Customer receives a defective product, they must notify to the Operator via overtherainbow.lx@gmail.com, detailing the defect and including proof of purchase. The Operator will investigate the complaint and respond within 30 days.

8. Data Protection

The Operator takes the protection of Customer data seriously and handles personal information according to the Webshop’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Webshop’s platform. Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, billing, and shipping.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Webshop. Furthermore, The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Webshop, including delays in delivery or the inability to fulfill orders.

10. Final Provisions

For matters not covered in these T&Cs, Portuguese law shall apply. Any disputes arising between the Customer and The Operator. will be first resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of Juny 10, 2026.
