The Nike Kobe 9 EXT “Red Mambas”. Kobe’s affiliation with Kanye dates back to the two stars sharing a couple of TV spots for the Kobe System (one of them that cleverly gave a sneak peek at the Nike Air Yeezy 2 silhouette) but never has the connection been as apparent as this Red October-like look. With the serpent texture returning, the shoe features more of a faux-python on the heel and ankle support to contrast a black outsole.

The shoe ditches any trace of flyknit material for a textured serpent look that brings us back to the days of Kobe’s sixth signature sneaker while premium details round out the pair. We’re talking of course about a premium leather tongue, mirrored midsole and synthetic python throughout.
